THERE IS NO FOOD, DRINKS, FACE PAINTS, WATER, CONFETTI, OR ANY LIQUIDS ALLOWED (including water) ON ANY OF OUR INFLATABLES. Failure to adhere to this will result in a cleaning charge.

At Jumping Jacks, we aim to help make your events as fun and stress free as possible:

• Our online booking system is easy to use and allows you to check availability instantly. Our online booking page asks for all the information we require.

• We will confirm your booking with an email by immediate return and keep you updated along the way.
• All hires can be at times to suit you. Please add times on booking form.
• We provide the recommended crash mats, an electric blower and an extension lead, the inflatable will be pegged into the grass as standard. Sandbags are provided if booked for indoors – If you require additional equipment, please contact us.
• As well as bouncy castles, you can also hire, soft play, inflatable games, candyfloss machines and more.

Before you make a booking, please ensure that the inflatable and equipment are suitable for the space and venue, this includes:

• Check that you have enough space to operate the equipment booked.

• Check that the equipment can be used on the venue surface.
• That the equipment is suitable for the age range attending the event.
• Check there are no access constraints to the venue, including narrow doorways (refer to the castle's space requirements), garden access, stairs, parking limitations, and road restrictions.
